A Successful Quarter 1 in Foods and Fitness!
As we wrap up the first quarter of the year, we are excited to share the excitement coming from the RHS Foods and Fitness Through Nutrition classes. In Foods class, students roll up their sleeves and dive into the art of cooking and baking while gaining valuable life skills. Under the guidance of Mrs. Cafiero-O'Brien, students learn kitchen safety, recipe literacy, and hands-on food preparation techniques.
