National Honor Society students developed and delivered a Canva presentation focused on effective test-taking strategies and practical tips for preparing for midterm exams. Ms. Katz’s Public Speaking class at Rutherford High School had the opportunity to attend an engaging presentation titled “Public Speaking in the Real World: How Communication Shapes My Career,” held in the Rutherford High School Library. RHS Students Earn FCCLA Medals
On November 24, 2025, members from FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) attended the Fall Leadership Conference at The Pines Manor in Edison, NJ. As the conference focused on building leadership skills, confidence and teamwork, our students were able to attend interactive workshops and enjoy a motivational guest speaker. A Successful Quarter 1 in Foods and Fitness!
As we wrap up the first quarter of the year, we are excited to share the excitement coming from the RHS Foods and Fitness Through Nutrition classes. In Foods class, students roll up their sleeves and dive into the art of cooking and baking while gaining valuable life skills. Under the guidance of Mrs. Cafiero-O'Brien, students learn kitchen safety, recipe literacy, and hands-on food preparation techniques.
