The Rutherford High School Distinguished Graduate Award was established in 1990 to recognize a graduate of the high school whose achievements reflect a standard of excellence in his or her chosen field. I would like to wish the entire Rutherford Community a Happy New Year from RHS. The excitement is beginning to build as we prepare for the second half of the school year. Winter sports are off to a fantastic start. Members of our school musical have been working hard during rehearsals. Midterm exams will take place on January 17 and run through January 23. Students will be dismissed from school at 12:10 pm on those four days. Semester two classes begin on Monday, January 27.
