Welcome to the Rutherford Public Schools’ Online Application Process
Thank you for your interest in employment with the Rutherford Public Schools.
Our school district only uses an online application process. If you wish to apply for employment, you must complete our online application. Once you have submitted your online application, it will be available for review by principals, supervisors, and administrative staff. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted directly by an administrator in regard to a particular vacancy.
Our online application process allows you to complete an application for employment for both current and prospective openings. If you are interested, please review our open positions and job categories before completing your application.
You may upload and attach supporting documentation to your online application. This documentation may include NJDOE certifications, undergraduate and graduate transcripts, and professional references with contact information. If you are contacted for an interview, please bring paper copies of your resume, cover letter and these supporting documents with you.
Please do not mail, e-mail or bring resumes, transcripts, letters of recommendation or any other documentation to the district Board Office or to any of the schools unless such documents are specifically requested by an administrator during the recruitment process. Unsolicited paper documents will be discarded. Your completed application will be retained in active status for the reminder of the school year.
