RHS Concert Choir Performs at Carnegie Hall in NYC
On March 23, 2026, the Rutherford Concert Choir sang at the esteemed Carnegie Hall under the direction of University of Kentucky Director of Choral Activities, Jefferson Johnson. For the past two months, students worked extremely hard to learn challenging repertoire and rehearsed with choirs from Kentucky and North Carolina. Two RHS students were even featured in a small group at the beginning of one of the songs, Nina Tavani and Vivienne Virostko. UMS Choir Students Perform in Region Choir
Congratulations to eighth grade students Gwendolyn Allen, Mariana Brochero, Maia Floresca, Izabella Pinglora, Valentina Verdicchio, and Amanda White, along with seventh grade students Cecelia Boglivi and Alex Redden from Union Middle School, for their outstanding performance as members of the 2026 NJSMA Region 1 Intermediate Treble Choir on Sunday, March 22nd at Clifton High School in Clifton, New Jersey!
