During Semester 1, students in Fitness Through Nutrition and Foods explored the importance of healthy eating through hands-on, engaging lessons. Throughout the course, students learned essential nutrition concepts while preparing a variety of meals completely from scratch. From reading recipes to practicing safe food-handling techniques, students developed real-world cooking skills they can use beyond the classroom.
