On Friday, February 21, Rutherford High School students attended The Women and Girls Success Summit hosted by Stevens Institute of Technology School of Business, in conjunction with Junior Achievement of New Jersey. The Rutherford High School Guidance Department will host Post Secondary Information Night on March 19th at 7 PM in the High School Auditorium. The topics to be covered include: Naviance, Common Application, Coalition Application and the college application process. RHS Celebrates The Roaring 20’s – It’s Gatsby Day!
Students in Ms. Prinzo's English 200 classes have been working hard researching cultural aspects of the 1920s (such as jazz, fashion trends, political changes, and of course prohibition!) and prepared an immersive 1920s experience for all to enjoy! The students worked along-side RHS Media Specialist Ms. Mayo to put together an afternoon that truly was "the bees knees!"
