On Friday, February 21, Rutherford High School students attended The Women and Girls Success Summit hosted by Stevens Institute of Technology School of Business, in conjunction with Junior Achievement of New Jersey. The students, accompanied by Rutherford High School teachers, Ms. Cherryl Bott and Mrs. Lindsay Richmond, participated in this statewide initiative that connects high schools, higher education, and the business community to share their experiences, stories and career advice while encouraging our next generation of female leaders. Volunteers from all career stages and backgrounds participated.The Executive Leadership Panelists included: Anita Mathew, Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance IT at AIG, Dr. Joelle Saad-Lessler, Associate Dean of Undergraduates, Associate Industry Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology, School of Business, Cristina Santos, seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry and is currently the Head of Inclusion & Diversity, EEO and Total Well-Being for North America at Sanofi, and Jennifer Tsahalis, head of Planning & Analysis for TIAA Client Services & Technology (CS&T).
