Back in November, we shared the winners of the PTA Reflections art, music and literature contest that took top prizes in Bergen County and moved on to the state contest. Foods Classes – Dessert Unit

During the last two weeks, our Foods classes have been concluding their dessert unit with pies and beginning their egg unit with homemade pudding pies.  The students learned a new technique called tempering.  This allows the eggs to be added to a hot liquid in a controlled environment to prevent them from scrambling.  We are so proud of their hard work and finished products.  Take a look!
