Rutherford High School is proud to announce that music students Jeannille Ettinoffe, Danny Fencik, and Angelica Rodriguez have been selected for next year's All-State Choir. Over 700 students from throughout New Jersey auditioned, so this is a tremendous accomplishment. Foods Classes – Dessert Unit
During the last two weeks, our Foods classes have been concluding their dessert unit with pies and beginning their egg unit with homemade pudding pies. The students learned a new technique called tempering. This allows the eggs to be added to a hot liquid in a controlled environment to prevent them from scrambling.
