In June, Chromebooks will be collected from students in Grade 6, Grade 8, and Grade 12. Similar to checking for damage to textbooks and other district-issued supplies, each school will establish a procedure for the check-out process. A fee will be charged for damaged Chromebooks. NJSLA-Science Testing 5/21 and 5/22
Tuesday 5/21 and Wednesday 5/22 will be reserved for NJSLA-Science testing for all juniors. Juniors will be required to report to school at the regular time with a charged ChromeBook. Rutherford Choir Performs at Carnegie Hall
On April 8, the Rutherford High School Concert Choir performed with the Coda Concert Series at the esteemed Carnegie Hall in New York City. In addition to rehearsing with professional clinicians, the students were able to sing in two mass choir pieces with all of the other students attending. There were groups performing from North Carolina, Texas, Illinois, and Long Island, New York. The Rutherford Choir sang Afternoon on a Hill by Eric Barnum and Wade in the Water, arranged by Rob Dietz, which featured soloist Kyra Cioffi.
