Mrs. Patricia Blanchard was this year's conductor of the prestigious Bergen County Choir. The Bergen County Choir has existed since 1964. The only other time a choir director from Rutherford was selected for this position was 1992. This is a unique honor for Mrs. Blanchard and the Rutherford Public Schools are proud to wish congratulations to Mrs. Blanchard on her work with Bergen County’s finest vocalists. Neil Simon’s Barefoot in the Park – November 16th and 17th
The RHS Theatre students have been working hard on Neil Simon's "Barefoot in the Park." This show will be presented Friday and Saturday (11/16&17) evening at 7:30 in the RHS Auditorium. This hilarious show follows newlyweds Corrie and Paul as they embark on their life together. Throw in a meddling mother-in-law, a quirky neighbor, and a harried telephone repairman and their life is certainly off to an auspicious start! RHS FCS Students Take Top Prizes in Atlanta, Georgia
Three of our finest FCS (Family and Consumer Sciences) students traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for this year's national FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) conference.
The FCCLA National Conference was held from June 27th through July 3rd with over 7,000 students in attendance from around the country. Our three students took top prizes in the two events they competed in.
