Congratulations to senior Marina Faltawws who was the New Jersey state winner for the Elks Association Drug Awareness Program Video Contest. The theme of the contest was "One Pill Can Kill" and Marina's video took an introspective look into the life of someone struggling with dependence and how one friend asking, "Are you okay?" can set someone on the path to seeking help. The RHS Theatre Department proudly presents this year's Fall Play: Little Women. The theatrical version of the classic novel includes all of the dialogue and takes you on the full journeys of Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy. Rutherford High School is proud to announce that RHS senior Amelia Perlmutter won a Metro Award for her performance as Cady Heron in RHS’ Mean Girls. She took home the award for "Acting Performance – Female." She was presented her award by Broadway stars Kerry Butler and David Josefsberg at Tarrytown Music Hall during the awards ceremony.
