Seniors in Miss Rizzi and Dr. Porto's English 400 classes participated in a station activity regarding the remembrance of 9/11. Students were able to analyze visuals, videos, and personal accounts from the day of the attacks and took part in meaningful discussions with teachers and with each other. Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom is a heartwarming and inspirational memoir about the author's relationship with his former college professor, Morrie Schwartz. The book chronicles their weekly meetings after Albom reconnects with Morrie, who is dying from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

RHS Concert Choir Performs at Carnegie Hall
Members of the Rutherford High School Concert Choir under the direction of Mrs. Patricia Blanchard were recently part of the National Symphonic Chorus which performed at Carnegie Hall on Saturday, April 6, 2024. The National Symphonic Chorus accepts members from all over the United States and Canada.
