Successful Semester in Family and Consumer Sciences
During Semester 1, students in Fitness Through Nutrition and Foods explored the importance of healthy eating through hands-on, engaging lessons. Throughout the course, students learned essential nutrition concepts while preparing a variety of meals completely from scratch. From reading recipes to practicing safe food-handling techniques, students developed real-world cooking skills they can use beyond the classroom. RHS Students Earn FCCLA Medals
On November 24, 2025, members from FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) attended the Fall Leadership Conference at The Pines Manor in Edison, NJ. As the conference focused on building leadership skills, confidence and teamwork, our students were able to attend interactive workshops and enjoy a motivational guest speaker.
