National Honor Society students developed and delivered a Canva presentation focused on effective test-taking strategies and practical tips for preparing for midterm exams. NHS members visited all 9th-grade classes, where they shared their own experiences, answered questions, and offered guidance to help younger students feel more confident and prepared. Ms. Katz’s Public Speaking class at Rutherford High School had the opportunity to attend an engaging presentation titled “Public Speaking in the Real World: How Communication Shapes My Career,” held in the Rutherford High School Library. The event featured four accomplished speakers who shared how effective communication and public speaking play a vital role in their professional lives. RHS Students Earn FCCLA Medals

On November 24, 2025, members from FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) attended the Fall Leadership Conference at The Pines Manor in Edison, NJ. As the conference focused on building leadership skills, confidence and teamwork, our students were able to attend interactive workshops and enjoy a motivational guest speaker. They left feeling inspired and were able to connect with FCCLA members from across the state.
