Rutherford High School FBLA Participants Win!
Under the direction of advisors Judy Leonard and Cherryl Bott, students from Rutherford High School participated in the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Regional Competition on December 5, 2017. Approximately 40 students competed in a variety of business-related events such as: Business Law, Sports and Entertainment Management, Advertising, Accounting 1, Marketing, Introduction to Financial Math, Entrepreneurship, Introduction to Business, Introduction to Business Communication, and Business Calculations. It is hard to believe that we are in December already! It has been a very exciting time here at RHS with a successful fall season capped off by a state championship from our football team. The members of our National Honor Society competed in the annual Rutherford vs. Becton spelling bee on the day before Thanksgiving. Rutherford once again defeated Becton to start the holiday weekend off on a high note.
