Our lost and found is overflowing. If you have recently discovered a missing jacket, sweatshirt, hat, lunch bag, etc., please have your child check the lost and found in the Multi-Purpose Room. Students in the Pierrepont School Business Club have met throughout the year to learn how to run a business. Meeting topics focused on product development, business planning, marketing, advertising, and sales. The 2026 Fitness Day schedule for students in grades four through six is listed below. Fifth Grade Constitutional Scholars
Students in Mrs. Bongiovanni's fifth-grade social studies classes have actively engaged in discussions about the formation of the United States Constitution as part of their civics unit. Students researched various court cases that have led to change and growth within our country. They made thoughtful analyses of the effects of these cases during the times they occurred and how they might be interpreted today. With America's 250th anniversary approaching, students continue to reflect on landmark decisions that have helped shape our country today.
Board Game Day
As their reward for filling their Smiley Jar, Ms. Jarrett's classes earned a game day last week. The games could only be board games and the students provided a various assortment. It was a nice reward after rigorous preparation and great focus on their state test. Students practiced interpersonal skills, turn taking, eye contact, following directions, strategy and teamwork while unwinding through good old fashioned play.
