Literacy Fair
Dear Parents / Guardians: This school year, Pierrepont School will be hosting its 3rd Annual Literacy Fair. The goal is to get our Pierrepont Elementary students excited about reading and provide an opportunity to share one of their favorite books with the rest of the school in a creative way. The reading fair also gives students an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge of the parts of a book and the components of a story. EMERGENCY DISMISSAL PROCEDURES
Should a one session day be called because of inclement weather, students in grades 4-6 will be dismissed at 12:20 p.m. It is imperative that your children know the procedures you expect them to follow upon leaving school. The "Connect 5" system will notify parents by contacting phone numbers and/or e-mail addresses currently on school records. Each Pierrepont Family received a "Connect 5" call earlier this year during our test run.
