Rutherford High School students Khushi Hemrajani, Toni DeSalvo,Virgil Minnick, Dominick Mauro, Zachary Bouabidi, and under the direction of Mrs. Judy Leonard and Ms. Cherryl Bott, Business Education teachers at RHS, are the Bergen County New Jersey High School Consumer Bowl champions! The students will now compete in the Northern Regional Competition on April 8, 2019.
The Consumer Bowl was established in 1997 to educate young adults on a variety of consumer issues. Competing as teams, students answer questions about “real life” topics dealing with credit, buying and leasing cars, purchasing insurance, making investments, consumer scams, and other important consumer topics.
