I can’t believe that I am writing about events that will occur in the month of March already. Although it has gone by extremely fast, it has been a very productive six months here at RHS. As we begin PARCC testing, I wanted to review a few important dates and upcoming events. March 2 will be a one-session day with students being dismissed at 12:18. Rutherford Community Prevention Drug Survey

Rutherford High School, in cooperation with the Rutherford Community Prevention Coalition, will be conducting an alcohol and drug survey for 10th and 12th grade students that requires parental consent. The survey is a critical element of our needs assessment which will help Rutherford secure a $125,000 ten year grant to be used for programs directly benefiting Rutherford residents.
