- Set homework, bedtime and morning routines that allow for 8.5-9.5 hours of sleep.
- Prepare for the upcoming day by packing backpacks and sports equipment the night before as well as setting out clothes for the upcoming day.
- Make sure that when the lights go out, so do cell phones, video games and computers.
