Reminder: Picture day is Thursday, October 4th

Thursday, October 4 is picture day for Pierrepont School.  That day is also planned as wear green to honor Sandy Hook Elementary as part of the Week of Respect spirit week. We have been informed that the photo company utilizes a green screen to allow for a variety of picture backgrounds, to that end students SHOULD NOT wear green to school on Thursday.  If students wear green, their clothing will appear to match whatever back drop you select for the photo background.

Pierrepont is Falling in Love With Learning!

The school year is off to a great start!  Students and teachers have been very busy and working hard.  The teachers and I enjoyed seeing so many parents at Back to School Night and are looking forward to working together with you throughout the school year. NFL Play 60

Last year our 5th graders participated in the Jets Play60 program, coordinated by Ms. Mahoney. Our winners, Anjali Mazurek and Aidan Cahill, were honored on the field at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, September 16th  prior to the Jets v. Dolphins game.
