Happy Monday! This is Ms. Mahoney, one of the Health & PE Teachers here at Pierrepont School. I have a physical challenge, kindness challenge and a healthy recipe from the American Heart Association for you to try this week. Try one or try all, I’m hoping this helps to put a smile on your face!
Physical Challenge: First, loosen up so you can show us your dance moves! Complete 100 jumping jacks (try 4 sets of 25) to get your heart beating and body moving. Then dance it out! You can even try this dance from the American Heart Association.
Kindness Challenge: A kind word is often all that is needed to truly make someone’s day. Take a few minutes today to call a family member or friend and say hello. They will love to hear your voice!
