This is Ms. Mahoney with our Weekly Wellness Challenge! Below is our physical challenge, kindness challenge and healthy recipe from the American Heart Association for you to try this week. Try one or try all, I’m hoping this helps to put a smile on your face!
Physical Challenge: Challenge yourself to get up and jog in place for 1 minute, once an hour, throughout the virtual school day. Or try our yoga pose of the week for a quick brain break!
Kindness Challenge: Call someone you love and wish them well today – be empathetic of what is on their mind.
Healthy Recipe: Frozen Yogurt Pops from the American Heart Association
