Pierrepont School's fifth graders were asked to assist the Civil Rights Commission in creating the first student-produced holiday wreath for the commission's contribution to the Kip Center's Festival of Trees. The theme of "Diversity" was used as a discussion point in class lessons during the Week of Respect . Students researched the traditional costumes of their cultural heritage and decorated popsicle people.
