Students in Ms. DelMastro and Mrs. Barone’s science class are learning about weathering and erosion (root wedging and ice wedging) in their Mystery Science unit: The Birth of Rocks. Students did a scavenger hunt around Pierrepont School looking for evidence of this type of weathering in sidewalks, taking pictures using their Chromebook. Students shared their discoveries in Google Slides explaining this process.
