Thank you to all in the community who helped make this year special for our children. The students' reading and writing blossomed and their math skills sharpened. Students grew, formed new friendships and celebrated Lincoln's 100th anniversary. The PTA was so instrumental in providing students opportunities to display their talents, show sportsmanship, and shop for loved ones. Field Day 2014
We’d like to inform you that on Tuesday May 20th, your child will be involved in Lincoln School’s annual Field Day. The event will be held at Memorial Field and looks to be a fun filled experience for all involved. The agenda is a half-day of activities that will foster cooperation, sportsmanship, and positive skill development. It will also serve as a culmination of the skills and key concepts learned throughout the school year. Welcome to the full-time Kindergarten Center at 109 Sylvan Street! Whether this is your first or last child entering kindergarten, it is a significant milestone in your child’s educational career. Report Cards
Parents will be receiving a report card for their child mid-December. Please be advised that it is a standards based report card. A standard based report card is meant to provide more specific information on how a student is doing in learning a specific skill. It allows parents to know exactly where a student is doing well and what areas are still developing. For example, a student may know their math addition facts, but are less confident in their subtraction facts.
