The goal in our physical education program is to develop a base for a lifelong journey of fitness and health. This will be achieved by focusing on gross motor skills, positive attitudes and behaviors, as well as basic concepts of physical activity and health.
Students will be guided through fitness activities, games and team building exercises that focus on working safely, respectfully and in ways that promote fitness and health. There are many psychomotor skills and cognitive concepts that will be addressed with the guidance of New Jersey state standards for Health and Physical Education.
