Grade 3 students have a busy month with activities. Today they even went to visit Pierrepont! See picture. We have four events that need your attention: Bike Rodeo, Mary Poppins Trip, Move-Up Program and Clap Out. Bike Rodeo- is June 5th for 3B and 3C and June 8th for 3H and 3K. If your child has a bike, please have your child bring the bike to school on your assigned day. Please label your bike by putting your child's name on a piece of masking tape. Celebration of the Arts
Lincoln celebrated the arts this week by hosting our well attended art show and music concert. Ms. Clossey turned the hallways into a museum displaying multi-media projects, drawings and sculptures. She also had a family "Eye Spy" hunt which directed the children to find art supplies throughout the exhibit. Ms. DeBouter's class displayed their photographs and accompanying poetry that night as well. Amazing Math Race
Community 106 participated in The Amazing Math Race from 12:30 - 1:30pm. The students worked in teams of three to solve clues and math problems throughout Lincoln School. Mr. Potor planned another successful Field Day! The children participated in stations, ate lunch, enjoyed some refreshing ice pops, and took a class photo.
