Lincoln School celebrates the 20th anniversary of Read Across America Day/Dr. Seuss’ birthday on March 3, 2017. Read Across America Day is an annual reading motivation and awareness program that calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading. On March 3rd, students from RHS, as well as community members, will visit Lincoln School to read to students. Students should wear red, black and white this day. This month Lincoln School is focusing on the hard character trait- Self-control. Self-control is the ability to regulate one's emotions, thoughts, and behavior in the face of temptations and impulses.
