This month Lincoln School is focusing on the hard character trait- Citizenship. Citizenship means more than knowing how the government functions. Halloween Information
It’s about that time again...time for the Ghouls & Goblins to roam at Lincoln School! We have a few helpful hints to make sure that our upcoming Halloween parade is fun & safe! Make sure to return the attached permission slip regarding your lunch arrangements. Lincoln School Grades 1-3 and Mulrain/DeLuca K Students - If possible, have children go home for lunch to change into their costumes. Week of Respect
The Week of Respect is October 3-7. Even though NJ designates one week for activities, we continue to emphasize character traits throughout the year to foster positive character development. Here are some planned activities with the intent of building a strong sense of community. Character Trait of the Month-Respect
This month Lincoln School is focusing on the hard character trait- respect. Respect is a way of treating or thinking about something or someone. If you respect your teacher, you admire her/him and treat her/him well. People respect others who are impressive for any reason, such as being in authority — like a teacher or police officer — or being an elder — like a grandparent. We also teach you to respect “things,” as well as people. Opening Day Information
Welcome back to an exciting 2022-2023 school year! School opens for all students on Thursday, September 8th. Throughout the summer many teachers came to school and prepared their classrooms to make it exciting and welcoming.
