Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year at The K Center
Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! My name is Megan Caughey and I am the Supervisor at the Kindergarten Center. It is with great excitement I welcome you to the Kindergarten Center. The first day of school is September 7, 2017 and doors open at 8:30. Students are to enter through the front doors of the building, located at 109 Sylvan Street. A Sneak-a-Peek of the Kindergarten Center will be held on Wednesday September 6th between 1:30 pm and 2:15 pm. Good Luck to the Class of 2029! Students at the Kindergarten Center have had quite an amazing year and it is hard to believe that their time at the Kindergarten Center is coming to an end. This year students have learned to read, write, and explore numbers to 100 while also having the opportunities to learn about character traits and explore language, science, and the arts! Spring has sprung!
Students and staff at the Kindergarten Center are excited to see the first signs of spring! The warmer weather allows for more opportunities to learn outdoors and, of course, playing on the playground! Inside, the kindergarten students are blossoming each day! Students are working with numbers to 100, writing sentences, and reading books with friends! The Kindergarten Center is working on the character trait of responsibility.
