Autumn Gardening Lessons with Mrs. DeBouter
The Washington School students in grades 1 and 2 participated in Autumn gardening lessons with longtime Rutherford resident and Shade Tree Commissioner, Charles LoBello. Charlie generously shared his knowledge of horticulture, along with some wonderful soil. Grade 1 students who participated in the lesson brought home tulip and/or daffodil bulbs, which will bloom in the Spring.
