Happy Monday! This is Ms. Mahoney with our Weekly Wellness Challenge! Below is our physical challenge, kindness challenge and healthy recipe from the American Heart Association for you to try this week. Try one or try all, I’m hoping this helps to put a smile on your face!
Physical Challenge: Get those muscles warm! Set a timer for 10 minutes and stretch those muscles. Try FitBoost – many students have been LOVING this during their PE Activity. You can also have a family challenge with this heart healthy bingo board!
Kindness Challenge: Be kind to yourself! Set aside 15 minutes of your busy day to do something that makes you happy (Ex: reading a book, listening to your favorite music, coloring etc.)
Healthy Recipe: Homemade Ranch Popcorn
