Students in Mrs. Colucci and Barone’s science class recently brought physics to life by constructing their own paper roller coasters! Using marbles to test their creations, students explored concepts like gravitational potential energy and energy transfer in a fun, hands-on way.
This engaging activity highlighted key PORG qualities. Students demonstrated critical thinking by asking questions, experimenting with designs, and learning from trial and error. Collaboration was also on full display, as groups worked together to solve construction challenges and shared responsibility for their projects.
Great work to all of our young engineers and problem-solvers!
