Our lost and found boxes are overflowing. If you have recently discovered a jacket, sweatshirt, hat, lunch bag, etc. missing, please have your child check the lost and found boxes in room 16. The school year is moving along and we have been keeping busy at Pierrepont School! We had a wonderful time celebrating Read Across America Day on March 3. Once again, community members and school administrators visited classrooms and shared their favorite books with our students. The Books and Beyond program is moving forward with great success. EMERGENCY DIMISSAL PROCEDURES
Should a one-session day be called because of inclement weather, students in Grades 4 – 8 will be dismissed at 12:20 P.M. It is imperative that your children know the procedures you expect them to follow upon leaving school. The “Connect 5” system will notify parents by contacting phone numbers and/or email addresses currently on school records. Each Pierrepont Family received an “Connect 5” call earlier this year during our test run.
