Hard Character Trait Focus: Respect
This month Lincoln School is focusing on the hard character trait- Respect. Respect is a way of treating or thinking about something or someone. If you respect your teacher, you admire her and treat her well. People respect others who are impressive for any reason, such as being in authority — like a teacher or police officer — or being an elder — like a grandparent. Back to School Night
I would like to invite you to attend Lincoln School’s Back to School Night on September 22nd. This is an opportunity to meet your child’s classroom teacher and some special subject teachers as well. Teachers may present information on classroom routines and procedures, curriculum, special activities, and instructional materials. Most importantly, you get to view the learning environment of your child. At 7 p.m. there will be a Welcome Address in the gymnasium.
