Citizen of the Month
Lincoln students are still being recognized for their character during distance learning. Students who exemplified the principles of self-control were nominated by their teachers as Citizens of the Month. Student’s Opinion Published in Time for Kids
Ms. Mayfield's third graders wrote the editors of Time for Kids to express their views on COVID19. Children shared their thoughts, feelings, and hopes during this time. One of Ms. Mayfield's student's response was selected for the magazine. Aiden wrote, "I am bored. I can still go outside for now, but I wish I could go play with my friends. I miss being at school in person. It is much harder to do stuff on the computer."
