Lincoln School had a fun-filled ending. Teachers were still integrating learning activities up until the last days of school. For example, Ms. DeBouter's class explored physics while designing their own roller coasters made from pipe insulation. Ms. Smith's had two dancers from Ireland visit and teach the students how to use kinesthetic movements to express themselves in dance. There was even a dance off! End of Year Celebration
The students at Lincoln were treated to a very special end of year party. Students spent time estimating the gumballs in a jar, dancing, sliding and playing games of skill. Rutherford Garden Club Donates to the Woods

RHS Band Visits
Mr. Kinne arranged to have an some members of the RHS orchestra visit Lincoln. The group performed some pieces and stopped to teach the elementary and preschool students about the design and sound of the instruments. The preschool students really liked playing with the bongos.
