On Monday, June 10th, 24, 6th grade students in Mrs. Almaliah's Gifted and Talented class took part in the Business Competition held by the Bergen County Consortium of Teachers of the Gifted. After months of hard work creating a food truck and designing a marketing plan, menus, budgets, social media, etc. to create a well-rounded business suitable for a loan from the judges, all the teams met at Valley Middle School in Oakland for competition day. Our Citizens of the Month tree in the front hallway of Lincoln School is in full bloom with the monthly positive character trait stars! The year-long character trait initiative concluded in May.
