The Rutherford Preschool Program is designed to offer Rutherford residents access to a half-day program for preschool children ages 3 and 4. Union School visits first grade students
Students in Mrs. Mac-Doty's Pop Culture elective visited with first grade students at Washington School to share original stories and poems. After studying the 1970s and the impact author Shel Silverstein had on the decade, students created poems and illustrations to emulate his style. Poems were compiled into books, which were shared with the first grade classes, and each first grade student received a copy of his or her own. Mrs. Jessica Saxon has just been appointed as the Assistant Principal at Pierrepont School. She will begin her role on February 1, 2019. Mrs. Saxon has been a teacher at Pierrepont School for the past twelve years. While at Pierrepont, Mrs. Saxon taught eighth grade science, STEM, and Computer Applications.
