Students in Mrs. Chang and Ms. Gardeazabal’s class held a Thanksgiving Day “parade” in their classroom. Students learned about the history of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade by reading “Balloons Over Broadway” by Melissa Sweet. Students then created their own “floats” to mimic the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Check out their creative ideas!
