Students from Washington School, along with classes from the Kindergarten Center, were treated to a visit from local “kidlit” writer, M.D. Payne this morning. Mr. Payne is the author of the series MONSTER JUICE. His other titles include What Is the Story of Scooby-Doo? and Who is R.L. Stine? He has written marketing and creative copy for the famed GOOSEBUMPS series. He has also written for N.Y. Times bestselling Who Was series. Mr. Payne is the parent of a second-grade student at Washington School.
