In Ms. LaSpisa’s 2nd grade, students learned all about computers and were introduced to basic coding thanks to some parents who came in to teach the topics. In one activity, the students had to program how to draw a letter. The students had to give clear instructions in order to have Mr. Moore draw the letter correctly. Then, the students created a Dance to Codes activity where the students came up with a dance move assigned to each shape. It was a fun day for Mr. and Ms. Moore and the students.
