Our preschoolers are spreading their wings and learning to fly! Throughout our butterfly unit, students were able to name and describe the four different life stages of a butterfly. They even made posters of each stage and arranged them in order. Today, the butterflies were released as students said their goodbyes wearing their butterfly crowns! Some of the butterflies did not want to leave Ms. D. and the class. One landed right on Ms. D’s shoulder and another one took up residence in the bush in front of the school to the delight of the students!
