It is hard to believe the summer is winding down!  Make sure you enjoy these last weeks making memories and spending time together.    I sent the  children letters welcoming them back to the 2014-2015 school year and informing them of their teacher.   If you do not receive this letter by August 25th, please call the main office.  Please pay careful attention to the new drop off lane.    Drop off lanes will be available on Vreeland and Montross only.  Pierrepont is no longer a supervised area for drop off.    I also would like to mention that students must arrive by 8:30 a.m.  The first day of … [Read more...] about Welcome Back!

Thank you to all in the community who helped make this year special for our children.  The students' reading and writing blossomed and their math skills sharpened.    Students grew, formed new friendships and celebrated Lincoln's 100th anniversary.   The PTA was so instrumental in providing students opportunities to display their talents, show sportsmanship, and shop for loved ones.  Students enjoyed Tar Beach, Halloween and Valentine's Day Socials, Field Day, and numerous assemblies.  The cooperation between the home and school is what makes Lincoln such a special place to learn and grow!   … [Read more...] about Thank You

We’d like to inform you that on Tuesday May 20th, your child will be involved in Lincoln School’s annual Field Day. The event will be held at Memorial Field and looks to be a fun filled experience for all involved. The agenda is a half-day of activities that will foster cooperation, sportsmanship, and positive skill development. It will also serve as a culmination of the skills and key concepts learned throughout the school year.
