This month Lincoln School is focusing on the hard character trait- LOVE. Love is a variety of feelings, attitudes and emotions. The dictionary lists love as a noun and a verb. It is a strong feeling of affection for another person -- such as you love your parents, grandparents, brother or sister, an intense emotional attachment to something -- such as your pet or a treasured object, or a need or requirement for life --such as plants love the sun. This month Lincoln School is focusing on the hard character trait- Wisdom. The dictionary defines wisdom as the ability to think and act using knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense, and insight. It is observing life experiences and sharing the understanding you have gained with others. The opposite of wisdom is foolishness, making life choices without careful thought or planning.
