Lincoln School second graders participated in a walking tour of the important places and architecture of Rutherford – past and present. Students and parents learned about the history of the Borough of Trees when they visited Borough Hall, the Rutherford Public Library, and enjoyed a cool treat at Dairy Queen before returning to school. The rainy weather didn’t stop them! One class even met Mr. Potor, their retired gym teacher, on his morning walk!
