In order for students to succeed, it is important for students to feel safe in their school environment. At the Kindergarten Center, we promote student safety and growth by prioritizing the following:
Being Safe!
Being Kind!
Being Brave!
Being Safe at the Kindergarten Center means that we make choices to ensure that students maintain their own safety and that they do not infringe on another’s through their actions.
Being Kind at the Kindergarten Center means that we show others respect, we listen to what others have to say, and we are kind to ourselves when mistakes are made.
Being Brave at the Kindergarten Center means that we take responsibility for our actions and that we are open to trying and learning new things.
This month, we recognize October as National Bullying Prevention Month with additional lessons and activities within the school and classrooms, but the Kindergarten Center is committed to continually promoting student safety and success all year long.
