Building Resilience and Independence in K-3 Children
Approximately 40 parents enjoyed a workshop entitled, “Building Resilience and Independence in K-3 Children”. The session was part of the Second Cup of Coffee series at Washington School and the Rutherford School District’s Parent Academy. Parents or guardians of students new to the Kindergarten Center, Lincoln School, or Washington School are invited to visit and hear about their respective school on June 1 at the respective school. This is an adult only event for those that are new to the schools only and not intended for those that have had students attend the school recently.
