This year marked the 54th anniversary of Earth Day!  Kindergarteners participated in a school wide planting coordinated by our PTA.  Students were actively involved in the planting process, while also learning about the different needs of plants, the difference between annual and perennial plants, and the role plants play in our ecosystem!  We appreciate the hard work of our students and PTA!  This gift will continue to flourish for years to come! … [Read more...] about Earth Day 2024

Author, Ron Italiano, visited the Kindergarten Center and read The Special Adventures of Choppy Wow Wow, One Special Dog! Mr. Italiano wrote this book as the first in a series intended to promote inclusion, enjoyment of reading, and celebrating differences. Mr. Italiano's perspective, as a father of two sons with autism, captivated the audience and educated our community about autism and the importance of kindness!
