Students enrolled in Pierrepont School's Digital Arts classes in grades 4 and 6 have been collaborating with the RHS students enrolled in TV Production. Throughout the school year, the students will be sharing their work on Google Meet with their counterparts across town. In October, the RHS TV 2 students worked with the Pierrepont Grade 4 students on Stop Motion videos while the RHS TV 3 students worked with the Pierrepont Grade 6 students on Infomercials. Unity Day is an annual event occurring during National Bullying Prevention Month in October that promotes joining together to create healthier communities through kindness, acceptance, and inclusion. It was started by PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center in 2011 and is now celebrated around the world.

The Rutherford Public Schools are excited to be moving into the forefront of curriculum design and lesson planning. We have partnered with the innovative team at Atlas and are in the first stages of transitioning our curriculum from Google Docs to a cloud-based platform that will allow teachers to see updates and changes in real time.
